At HAWG Apparel, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.
1. Return Request Period
You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us and provide:
- Your order number
- Product photos (if applicable)
- Reason for the return request
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Claims for missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Requests submitted after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Include all original tags, labels, and packaging
- Be in its original condition suitable for resale
- Be free from odors, stains, alterations, or damage caused after delivery
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Limited edition or collector items
- Opened blind boxes, mystery items, or sealed collectibles
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
- Digital products, downloadable content, or gift cards
- Apparel that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
Upon verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policies.
5. Size Exchanges
We offer a one-time size exchange for apparel items when:
- The item is unworn and unwashed
- The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
- The requested size is available in stock
If the size exchange is requested due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the error was made by HAWG Apparel, we will cover the necessary exchange shipping costs.
6. Return Shipping
If a return, exchange, or refund is required due to an error by HAWG Apparel, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect item shipped
- Incorrect size shipped compared to the order
- Defective or damaged product
- Missing items from the order
HAWG Apparel will cover the reasonable return shipping and replacement shipping costs.
If the return or exchange is requested due to customer reasons, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size selected during checkout
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product or variant
- Failure to review product descriptions or size charts before purchase
the customer is responsible for all return shipping, exchange shipping, and any related costs.
Shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by HAWG Apparel.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation has been issued.
Once an order has been shipped, it becomes subject to this Return Policy.
8. Abuse of Return Policy
HAWG Apparel reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange where we reasonably believe there has been:
- Excessive or repeated return abuse
- Use of merchandise prior to return
- Fraudulent, misleading, or false claims
- Violation of this Return Policy
